American Metal & Coil Works Inc. places a high priority on all repairs and will do everything possible to complete your repair in a timely manner. Our goal is to evaluate and give you a repair estimate within 24 hours of receipt of the coil (coils that require sandblasting before an accurate repair estimate can be given or repairs can be performed will take additional time).
From sealing simple pinhole leaks to rebuilding entire sections of your coil our shop can handle it. Simple repairs are frequently turned around in one day, coils requiring more extensive repairs are usually finished in 3 to 4 days (not including any time required for sandblasting).
All repairs are done using the proper material (i.e. SS, Titanium or Zirconium); matching weld wire and with full argon gas shielding to ensure a proper weld. Coils are pressure tested to 125 PSI to ensure that all leaks are sealed and that your coil is ready to reinstall into your tank.

Please note: All coils must be cleaned & decontaminated prior to shipping to us. All coils should be flushed and fully drained of chemicals. If you have the ability to sandblast your coil prior to shipping it to us it will help us to expedite the repair process.
